Our experience is backed up by some of the most comprehensive in- house facilities of any Investment casting Company. We use robotics prototype equipment, in house nondestructive Testing like Spectrometer, UTM, Hardness Tester heat treat, casting assist equipment, wax assembly. For tooling and machining we use Vertical machining Center (VMC), CNC Turning, Wire Cut machine, DRO Milling etc as well as a sound preventive maintenance plan to keep our shop floor Operating at optimum capacity.
